Family physicians are the backbone of American healthcare. I will fight to ensure our specialty has a powerful, unified voice in national policy — advocating for fair reimbursement, scope of practice protections, and the recognition our members deserve.
Health Equity & Community Advocacy
Every patient deserves access to a family physician who knows their name, their history, and their community. I will champion health equity initiatives that close gaps in care and bring the AAFP's resources to the communities that need them most.
Physician Wellness & Workforce
Burnout is a crisis we cannot ignore. I will prioritize physician wellness, advocate for administrative burden reduction, and work to build a sustainable workforce pipeline that keeps family medicine strong for the next generation.

Great leadership begins with listening. I will create meaningful channels for member feedback, ensure every constituency has a seat at the table, and make responsiveness a hallmark of AAFP leadership.
